Thousands of youth are preparing to attend Nazarene Youth Conference 2023 in Tampa, Florida, USA, held 5-9 July.

Nazarene Youth International (NYI) delegates came together Friday for Part Two of this year’s Global NYI Convention. The Eurasia Region was the focus of Friday afternoon’s meeting as team members shared about the cultural diversity in the area where they serve and the impact they have been able to have.

After two days of set-up and on-site preparations, 30 Nazarene Youth International (NYI) volunteers and staff members are ready to welcome delegates from all over the world – both in-person and virtually. This follows a successful weekend of online events that took place on 2-3 June through video conferencing.

Community, compassion, evangelism, and spiritual growth were all in focus at a recent immersive retreat for young adults in Armenia. Over three days, 103 people came together, each wanting to explore or deepen his or her faith.

A group of young men and women from Chipata Church of the Nazarene in Zambia recently travelled to Ufulu Church of the Nazarene in Malawi to support a two-day youth conference.

A social impact event called “Natal Feliz” (Merry Christmas) took place in Campinas, Brazil, last Saturday. The event was organized through the Alance 55 project, which brought legal services and health professionals to support the community.

More than 40 young people participated in the first Festival de Canto organized by the Verapaz del Norte District in Guatemala. Adolescents and young adults with a passion for service through singing were invited to the event.

The new NYI program at Aureny III Church of the Nazarene in Palmas, Brazil, aims to help address community members’ struggles with drugs, alcohol, and crime.

Nazarene Youth International held The Journey, a live online event on YouTube, 13-14 August. Over 10,000 youth across all six global regions participated in the event, which was translated into 15 different languages.
