The Delhi District held its first Women’s Conference titled “Crowned to Craft” in Delhi, India, from 1-2 October 2025. The conference theme, drawn from 1 Peter 2:9–10, reminded the participants that they are chosen and called to declare God’s praise through their lives.
The two-day conference brought together 42 women from across the district for times of worship, creativity, and learning. Laughter filled the hall, hands were lifted in prayer, and hearts were stirred by the Word of God. The women came with an open heart and left with a deeper sense of purpose and belonging.

Gethsy Jayakumar, the Delhi District superintendent’s wife, spoke from the lives of Hagar, Priscilla & Aquila, and Mary of Bethany, teaching about God’s response in the mess, his resources through togetherness, and his reward in brokenness. Participants said these teachings helped them see how God can use their struggles to shape his purposes in their lives.
The speakers also shared about building an emotional connection with Christ, helping women understand faith as a relationship and not a routine.

Uma participante disse: “Fui abençoada em todas as sessões e ensinamentos. Parece que, depois de muitos anos, algo novo e maravilhoso está acontecendo em nosso distrito”.
District Superintendent Kingsley Jayakumar supported the leadership throughout the planning and execution of the event. The NMI team worked with passion to make the conference meaningful and memorable. Local pastors and congregations showed their support through prayers, participation, and financial help.
