The Board of General Superintendents announced the retirement of Lola Brickey, global director of Nazarene Missions International, effective at the end of January 2025.

The Foundry Publishing (formerly Nazarene Publishing House Inc.) Board of Directors announced the pending retirement of Mark Brown as the president and CEO of The Foundry Publishing.

The General Assembly Site Commission has unanimously chosen Kansas City, Missouri, as the site of the 31st General Assembly and Conventions of the Church of the Nazarene. The next quadrennial event will be held 25 June – 2 July 2027 at the Kansas City Convention Center. It will be a record tenth time the General Assembly will be held in Kansas City.

The Board of General Superintendents has elected Kafoa Muaror to the position of Asia-Pacific regional director, effective 1 September 2024. Muaror succeeds Mark Louw, who was elected Eurasia regional director in June 2024. He recently served as strategy coordinator for the Melanesia South Pacific Field in June 2019.

The Board of General Superintendents (BGS) announced the election of Samuel Barber as global director of Nazarene Discipleship International. Barber currently serves as the superintendent of the South Central Ohio District. He replaces Scott Rainey, who served as global NDI director from 2018 to 2024.

The Board of General Superintendents elected Mark Louw to the position of Eurasia regional director. Louw has served as the regional director of the Asia-Pacific Region since 2012.

Bradley Estep was elected superintendent of the Arizona District on 10 May 2024. He is currently the pastor of Sun City Church of the Nazarene in Arizona.

Hugo Archila Arriaza was appointed district superintendent of the Ecuador Costa District. He currently pastors Pancho Jacome Iglesia del Nazareno in Guyaquil.
