Nazarene Benefits USA
The person in this position will be responsible for benefit application processing, benefit verifications, benefit distributions, and processing miscellaneous service requests. He or she must be able to flourish as one of the primary representatives answering phone calls while delivering key plan details clearly to plan participants. An eagerness to learn employee benefits and a desire to understand how insurance plans, defined contribution and/or defined benefit pension plans work is a must. Additionally, this person will support the Education Manager in completing cyclical and annual projects. This is not a remote position.
Global Education & Clergy Development
The Wesleyan-Holiness Digital Library (WHDL) digital librarian will provide expertise and leadership in the creation, presentation, preservation, and assessment of digital collections and metadata system, policies, and procedures. This individual works collaboratively with the WHDL leadership and development teams in curating digital collections, communicating internally, and coordinating documentation and training for partners and users. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Library and/or Information Science or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Experience in digital librarianship is required. Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of a second language.
Nazarene Missions International (NMI)
The Convention Coordinator is responsible to help with the planning, organizing, and executing of the 2027 Online NMI Plenary Session and 2027 NMI Convention in Kansas City, Missouri. This role ensures seamless operations from pre-planning through on-site management and post-event evaluation. The Convention Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality experience that meets organizational goals and attendee expectations. This is not a remote position.
Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI)
The person in this position will be responsible for ordering supplies, managing inventory, creating registration links, mailing items, and communicating with individuals worldwide. He or she will also manage the NDI data in our contract database, which is a crucial part of the success of the office. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our dynamic team. This is not a remote position.
USA/Canada Regional Office
This person will provide a wide variety of support services to the USA/Canada Regional Office. Duties include, but are not limited to clerical assistance, event planning assistance, and various projects as assigned.
Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM)
Under the oversight of the Communications Manager, this person will be responsible for producing high-quality print and digital content to support Nazarene Compassionate Ministries’ mission and fundraising goals. The position ensures that all content aligns with NCM’s messaging standards, reflects intercultural sensitivity, and is delivered within established deadlines and production schedules. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Nazarene Missions International (NMI)
The person in this position should be highly organized and detail-oriented in order to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role requires excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location of Global Ministry Center Positions
The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.

Our Human Resources Office receives and processes many employment applications annually for a limited number of positions. While we regret that we cannot respond to each applicant, we do contact those individuals possessing the skills, education/training, and experience that best match the requirements of the open position for which the application was submitted.
An application must be completed by all applicants and an application must be completed for each position for which one wishes to be considered. Applications are retained for one year. Resumés are not necessary for entry-level positions, but they are preferred for professional-level positions.
