A Junta Geral é composta de superintendentes distritais, ministros ordenados designados e líderes leigos representando a igreja global e eleitos na Assembleia Geral. Reunindo-se no final de fevereiro de cada ano, a junta tem a responsabilidade de administrar a Igreja do Nazareno global entre as assembleias gerais. A Junta Geral conduz os assuntos corporativos dos escritórios denominacionais.
