Joshua Kibayu, a pastor in Ogembo, Kenya, took a leap of faith which has resulted in a partnership that provides leadership development, discipleship, and financial support for Kibayu, the Nazarene church in Ogembo, and its orphanage.

Thomas Nees passed away 24 January 2021. Nees served the Church of the Nazarene in many capacities, including as director of the USA/Canada Mission/Evangelism Office and as Nazarene Compassionate Ministries director for the USA and Canada.

When COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions caused many North American churches to re-evaluate their ministries, Jodi Getson and Mike Wheeler began exploring the concept of entirely online operations.

Sandra López, 47, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, passed away from complications due to COVID-19 on 20 January 2021. She was the wife of Benjamín

West Virginia Nazarene Camp in Summersville, West Virginia, served as a COVID-19 vaccination site for Nicholas County, helping distribute over 150 doses of the vaccine to those over the age of 80 in the community.

West Columbia Central Church of the Nazarene was inspired to raise money to purchase 440 Bibles for Cambodia after God used a missionary’s story to prompt the church to get involved.

Javier Tamez, 55, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away 2 January 2021. He was the pastor of Las Vegas First Church of the Nazarene, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Robert and Carolyn Scott, 90, passed away 27 and 24 December 2020, respectively. Robert was a pastor and district superintendent in addition to serving as the director of World Missions from 1986 to 1994.
