Stan Ingersol, manager of the Nazarene Archives, retired 1 March after 36 years serving as steward of the historical legacy of the Church of the Nazarene.

The Church of the Nazarene announced the following retiring missionaries during a meeting of the 98th Session of the General Board 25-28 February, which was held virtually.

Judy Greathouse, 84, of Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away 18 January 2022. She was the widow of General Superintendent Emeritus William Greathouse.

Ryan Giffin has been hired to be the manager of Nazarene Archives, effective 1 March 2022. He will work alongside current archivist Stan Ingersol until Ingersol’s retirement in February after more than 35 years as Archives manager.

The Church of the Nazarene Foundation Board of Directors unanimously elected Mark E. Lail as its next president. The vote was unanimous. Lail will take office on 2 March 2022.

Genell Johnson, wife of General Superintendent Emeritus W. Talmadge Johnson, passed away 24 November 2021.
