FSC Administrative Suport
Is God calling you to support ministry leaders and missionaries by strengthening organization, connection, and communication across Central Europe?
The Central Europe Field of the Church of the Nazarene is made up of 13 countries—each with its own language, culture, and expression of God’s transforming grace. The Field Strategy Coordinator (FSC) provides spiritual and strategic leadership to these ministries, helping local leaders, districts, and compassionate initiatives flourish and build interdependent churches within the Church of the Nazarene.
The FSC Assistant plays a vital role in this mission—helping ensure that the work of the field moves forward with clarity, efficiency, and prayerful coordination. This missionary or sponsored volunteer position is designed for someone who feels called to serve behind the scenes so that others may serve on the front lines.
The person in this role will assist the FSC in administration, communication, and logistics, while occasionally traveling throughout the field to provide on-site support for meetings, training events, or leadership development initiatives.
This ministry is both practical and spiritual: through organization, communication, and faithful service, the FSC Assistant helps create the space where leaders can focus on what matters most—discipleship, community, and transformation through Christ.
Responsibilities
-

-
Organize field meetings and trainings, managing logistics, travel, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
