Is God calling you to share the Good News of Jesus in culturally appropriate ways while teaching conversational English classes at a major university in Asia?

In this position, missionaries will offer their skills in education as well as their passion for sharing their faith and making Christlike disciples in culturally appropriate ways. The teaching responsibilities provide many opportunities to build relationships and engage in conversations about life's deeper issues. All teachers are part of a local support team with a team leader.

Responsibilities:
Usually teaching conversational English classes 3-5 days/week at a major university, but specifics vary according to the university

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred
• A combination of a Bachelor's degree and TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification is usually acceptable
• Specific area of study for the Bachelor's usually is not important, but most universities require 5 years of teaching experience
• requirements may vary with location and institution. 
• The teaching assignment may be in areas where general access to the gospel has been greatly restricted and controlled. Teachers must be careful to observe security guidelines.
