Clearwater First Nazarene- A Place of Hope Featured Opportunity

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Missionaries in Residence Center is a dedicated space designed to nurture and strengthen the call of emerging missionaries. This center will serve as a launching pad for those sensing God’s call to missions, offering a supportive environment for spiritual growth, practical training, and hands-on ministry. Through mentorship, community, and intentional discipleship, participants will be equipped to live out their calling with clarity, conviction, and compassion.

Teams of all ages (participants under 18 must be accompanied and under direct supervision of an adult) are invited to partner in preparing this vital space by assisting with building, painting, and cleaning projects.

In addition to construction work, teams will have the opportunity to engage in compassionate outreach through our A Place of Hope Ministries Center. Through tangible acts of service, such as food assistance, English language education, Totes of Hope for foster children, and community-building events like Hope in the Park, our volunteers will help bring hope and wholeness to the people of Clearwater and beyond.

This project offers a unique chance to build both a place that sends missionaries and a ministry that meets needs today. As teams serve, they will not only impact lives in Clearwater but also experience personal and spiritual growth, becoming part of God’s ongoing story of hope and transformation.
