East Med – Jordan Refugee Relief
Site Coordinator: Philip Rodebush
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This project offers meaningful opportunities to build strong relational connections while serving alongside local ministry leaders. The experience can be customized to match the skills, gifts, and passions of each sending team, allowing participants to serve in ways that are both effective and impactful.
Ministry opportunities may include home visits, teaching English, outreach through Evangelical Nazarene schools, children’s activities and programs, food distribution, skills training for youth and adults, and medical or mental health services. Each activity is designed to meet practical needs while sharing the love of Christ through presence, compassion, and service.
By participating in this project, teams will support holistic ministry that addresses spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. The focus on relationship building creates lasting connections, strengthens local outreach efforts, and helps communities experience hope, dignity, and Christ-centered care.

Prayer Request
- Please pray your church family in Jordan as they minister for their new neighbors in their communities. With guests in their communities and the strain it can put on society there have been more and more opportunities to share Christ’s love with those who have never heard about Jesus. Please pray for Spirit-led initiatives to shape the church and the hurting for Christs name to be lifted high.
