Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

As we come to the end of the 2025 fiscal year, we give thanks to God for his faithful love. We are deeply encouraged by the generosity of individuals and churches like yours who partner with the Church of the Nazarene in mission.

Your giving to the World Evangelism Fund (WEF) is not just financial support. It is an act of worship. It is a response to God’s grace. And it is an eternal investment in the transformation of lives across the world.

In 2025, you gave $38.4 million to World Evangelism. This is consistent with last year’s giving, and we are truly grateful. Because of your faithfulness, men, women, and children are experiencing the saving and sanctifying love of Jesus Christ.

God’s grace is not only for forgiveness but for new life and holy living. Through your giving, this transforming grace is reaching many places:

  • In Africa, the church continues strong in the face of persecution and conflict. Congregations have rebuilt larger sanctuaries, and new believers are being baptized in rivers and refugee camps.
  • In South America, young people are growing bold in their faith, sharing Christ in their neighborhoods, and responding to God’s call to become missionaries.
  • In Mesoamerica, more than 3,100 students at eight theological institutions are being equipped to strengthen local churches through their service and the proclamation of God’s Word.
  • In Asia-Pacific, workers are serving strategic and challenging places, fueling church planting in emerging districts and providing essential support for pastors, leaders, and new congregations.
  • In Eurasia, migrant Nazarenes are planting and strengthening churches, bringing new life and energy to the work of God in many cities.
  • In USA/Canada, local churches are transforming communities through acts of love, providing food, and other community services to help alleviate poverty, and provide spiritual care.

These are not just programs. These are stories of God’s grace changing lives, forming Christlike disciples, and building communities of holy love.

Even as we celebrate this generosity, the need continues to grow. God’s call to make disciples of all nations remains urgent. The World Evangelism Fund is still the lifeline that supports our global mission. At this time, World Evangelism giving covers only part of our total ministry needs. For this reason, we invite every Church of the Nazarene and every believer to take part.

Every gift matters. Whether large or small, each one helps strengthen the work of God around the world. Your giving supports pastors, missionaries, schools, compassionate ministries, and health services. More than that, it helps people encounter Jesus Christ—the One who saves, heals, and makes us holy.

Together, through God’s grace, we can continue to meet the needs of the world and bring the message of Christ to those who have not yet heard.

We kindly invite you to give today at nazarene.org/wef.

The Board of General Superintendents thanks you for being part of this global family. Thank you for your faithful giving, your prayers, and your love for God’s mission. Through your partnership, Christ’s hope, healing, and salvation are reaching a world in need.

With deep gratitude in Christ,

The Board of General Superintendents
