Nazarenes from all six regions will travel to Kansas City, Missouri, USA, for the 31st General Assembly and Conventions, held 25 June – 2 July 2027. For delegates, the opportunity to travel to this important event is an honor but involves a significant financial investment. The cost to travel for many international delegates can be challenging.
That’s where Share the Table seeks to step in. The Share the Table initiative aims to help alleviate the cost of attendance for delegates traveling to the USA/Canada Region from other world areas.
The initiative was spearheaded by the Board of General Superintendents in partnership with Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI), Nazarene Missions International (NMI), and Nazarene Youth International (NYI).
“Together, we can help brothers and sisters from every world area have the opportunity to be present, share their voices, and contribute to the future of our global church,” said Cheryl Crouch global NMI director. “Every delegate brings a unique perspective, and every seat at the table matters.”
Crouch said if every church gives just $250, Share the Table will be able to raise $1 million to help provide meals and support for delegates outside of the USA/Canada Region. “Thanks to the partnership of Nazarene Discipleship International, Nazarene Missions International, and Nazarene Youth International, we’re excited to make it more affordable for delegates to attend this incredible gathering,” Crouch added. “We look forward to welcoming participants from around the world as we come together in worship, fellowship, and mission – in Jesus’ name.”
