The Southwest Indiana District elected Nathan Rogers as superintendent on 21 July 2026. Rogers currently serves as the assistant superintendent for the Southwest Indiana District.
Rogers’ new assignment becomes effective 19 August 2026. He will replace Timothy Crump, who has served as superintendent since 2016.
Rogers has served as a minister in the Church of the Nazarene since 2003. He served at Indianapolis Castleton Church of the Nazarene, Indiana (2003-2006), Nashville Grace Church of the Nazarene, Tennessee (2006-2016), and at Columbus First Church of the Nazarene, Indiana (2016-20210. He has served as the assistant district superintendent since 2021.
Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from Trevecca Nazarene University. He was ordained as a deacon of music ministry in the Indianapolis District since 2005 and became an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2023.
Nathan and his wife, Emily, currently reside in Columbus, Indiana, and have four children.
