The Foundry Publishing (formerly Nazarene Publishing House Inc.) Board of Directors has elected Mark Parker as the President and CEO of The Foundry Publishing. Parker has held the role of interim president since the retirement of Mark Brown in January of 2025.
Parker has served The Foundry Publishing nearly 36 years in a variety of roles including Assistant to the President, and Director of both Human Resources and Lillenas Music.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the Church of the Nazarene as Foundry president,” Parker said. “The Foundry team is a tremendously gifted and talented group of people with a deep love for the Church of the Nazarene and a passion for providing ministry resources for local congregations.
Under his leadership, Lillenas has won the Gospel Music Association’s prestigious Dove Award 3 times for outstanding achievement in Christian music. Parker is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and an active member of Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene.

Parker lives in Leawood, Kansas, with his wife of 36 years, Janelle. They have two sons.
