The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received from 12-16 October 2026.
Edmond Archer, 89, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away 3 October 2026. He was a minister who served in New Zealand, and Maine and New York, USA. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Archer.
Mary Jane Bouldrey, 78, of Liberty, Indiana, passed away 10 October 2026. She was the widow of John Bouldrey, a retired minister who served in Indiana, Illinois, and Missouri. John passed away in 2015.
Stenio Florestal, 94, of Salisbury, Maryland, passed away 22 September 2026. He was a retired minister who served in Maryland. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Marie Florestal, who passed away in 2019.
Nadine Little, 98, of Corona, California, passed away 4 October 2026. She was the widow of Charles Little, a retired minister who served in California, Alabama, Indiana, Arizona, and Colorado. Charles passed away in 2004.
Margaret Miles, 93, of Tullahoma, Tennessee, passed away 8 October 2026. She was the widow of Floyd Miles Sr., a retired minister who served in Tennessee. Floyd passed away in 2005.
Michael Robinson, 74, of Detroit, Michigan, passed away 6 October 2026. He was the spouse of Belinda Robinson, who pastors Silver Lake Church of the Nazarene, serving previously in Michigan.
Wendell Shepherd, 87, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away 27 September 2026. He was a retired minister who served in Ohio . He is survived by his wife, Elaine Shepherd.
Mark Stevens, 72, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away 9 October 2026. He was the Pastor of Target Dayton Compassionate Ministry Center, in Datyon, Ohio, since 2004. He is survived by his spouse, Cynthia Stevens.
Patricia Unger, 85, of Lindenhurst, Illinois, passed away 24 September 2026. She was the wife of Richard Unger, a retired minister who served in Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
Juanita Porter-West, 97, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away 8 October 2026. She was a retired missionary who served for 41 years across New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and Spain. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Porter, whom she served alongside. Bill served as a minister in Texas. He passed away in 2004. Juanita was preceded in death by her second husband, Ralph West, a retired district superintendent who led the Louisiana District from 1974-1998. He served as a minister in Texas and Oklahoma. Ralph passed away in 2010.
