The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received from 11-15 August 2025.

Florence Apple, 80, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away 10 August 2025. She was the widow of Jerry Dale Apple, a minister who served in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Jerry passed away in March.

James Franklin, 88, Lumberton, North Carolina, passed away 10 August 2025. He was a retired minister who served in Michigan. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Franklin.

Herbert Heller, 89, of Flomaton, Alabama, passed away 11 August 2025. He was a minister who served in Florida. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Heller.

James Jackson, 105, of La Jolla, California, passed away 30 July 2025. He was a retired minister and educator, who served in California. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alida Jackson, who passed away in 2008.

Marquetta Lou Rieger, 76, of Eagleville, Pennsylvania, passed away 9 August 2025. She was a retired minister who served in Pennsylvania. She is survived by her husband, Daniel Rieger Sr.

Charles Wallace, 99, of Hopewell, Virginia, passed away 12 August 2025. He was a retired minister who served in Maryland and Virginia. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jane Wallace, who passed away in 2015. He was preceded in death by his second wife, Agnes Wallace, who passed away in 2023.
