A tornado caused significant damage to an Oklahoma community, including Crossroads Cowboy Church of the Nazarene’s satellite campus in Harrah just hours before Sunday service on 3 November.
Over 200 Nazarene Discipleship International (NDI) leaders from across the USA/Canada Region gathered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for LC 2024. The Highland Lakes wildfire, which broke out on Monday afternoon near Divide, Colorado, threatened Golden Bell Camp and Conference Center. Thanks to firefighting efforts, prayer and favorable weather, structures on the Golden Bell property were spared from the fire.

Duane David Baty, 69, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away from glioblastoma on 16 October 2024, at home surrounded by his family. He was a retired missionary and minister who served in the Philippines and Cambodia for 25 years.
Carl B. Summer, 88, of Bethany, Oklahoma, passed away 18 October 2024. He was a retired district superintendent and minister, serving in Oklahoma for over 50 years.
James Frederick Huff, 74, of McDonough, Georgia, passed away on 10 October 2024. He served the Church of the Nazarene in various roles for over 40 years, including as the director of the Africa Region, a missionary in New Zealand and South Africa, and superintendent of the Georgia and New Mexico districts.
