How does WEF support projects
Nazarene Missions Projects exist because of the infrastructure and leadership supported by the World Evangelism Fund (WEF). These projects do not replace World Evangelism Fund giving, but invite additional generosity toward specific ministry needs. Thank you for the many ways you faithfully support missions.
What percentage of my donations go directly to the projects?
100% of your gifts go directly to Nazarene Missions Projects.
Every dollar you give supports real, on-the-ground ministry. This is because WEF supports all overhead and processing cost. If a project receives more funding than needed, the extra amount is thoughtfully directed to other Nazarene Missions Project with similar goals or a significant need, ensuring your generosity always makes an impact where it’s needed most.”
How do I know my donation is making a difference?
Every project is reviewed and approved annually by our local, field, regional, and global leaders to ensure strong impact and faithful stewardship.
During these reviews, we gather stories, photos, and updates so you can see the lives being changed through your generosity.
When a project is completed, we’ll share a final update celebrating what you helped make possible.
Are my donations tax-deductible?
Yes! You’ll receive a receipt you can use for tax purposes.
Can I visit the project I’m supporting?
In some cases, yes!
Project visits are reviewed case by case to ensure safety and community readiness. Many projects also welcome Nazarene Mission Teams, giving you and others the opportunity to serve directly and see your impact in person.
