Teach Bible and theology courses in English, and assist with bilingual course delivery.

Provide administrative leadership for the bilingual Bachelor of Theology program, ensuring effective coordination between Thai and English tracks.

Mentor and train local faculty and students for sustainable ministry and leadership.

Collaborate with district and field leaders to align the program with Chapman International College’s mission and regional strategies.

Support translation, curriculum contextualization, and cross-cultural communication efforts to strengthen program accessibility.

Master’s degree or higher in Theology, Biblical Studies, or related field.

Experience in teaching and/or academic administration preferred.

Cross-cultural sensitivity and commitment to serve in a multicultural team.

Ability to teach and communicate effectively in English (Thai language skills a plus).

Passion for mentoring and developing future pastors and church leaders.
