-Co-lead (plan and implement) a 4 day children's camp as an multi-cultural ministry team.
-Learn about the culture and history of Mongolia through engaging in cross-cultural relationships.
-Understand the ministry context of Mongolia through engaging in a variety of ministry activities in partnership with local churches.
-Work as a team with other foreign missionaries and Mongolian ministers.

- A call or curiosity about cross-cultural missions
- Ministry gifting and experience with youth and children
- An adventurous and adaptable spirit
