The East Asia Field seeks to catalyze a Kingdom movement through the Church of the Nazarene by sending the Church into mission for missional engagement in the community, organic church planting, and equipping indigenous disciple-makers.
The Church Development Coordinator (CDC) is a field assignment that works towards the development of mature districts through equipping holistically healthy, missionally reproducing, Wesleyan-Holiness churches within an assigned area. The primary objective is to serve the needs of the districts to present the church mature in Christ (including spiritual, organizational, emotional, and theological maturity and health), as evidenced by missional engagement within and beyond its cultural context, functional systems toward reproducibility (district government structures, theological education and ministerial preparation, fiscal stewardship and accountability), and interdependency with the global Nazarene Family.
The Mongolia churches are currently small and growing in missional effectiveness. We need on-the-ground personnel who can support all of our churches, teaching stewardship and reporting, equipping for ministry, and modeling servant leadership.

Residency in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Domestic and international travel

Wesleyan-Holiness theological background, particularly in Nazarene doctrine, essential for preaching and teaching.
Proven cross-cultural communication and relational skills.
Ordination in the Church of the Nazarene required.
Demonstrated ability as a disciple-maker and mentor for leadership development.
