This missionary will join the regional team to establish the Center for Transformational Leadership in partnership with the Field and the Bible college in every district. This initiative aims to nurture leadership skills and spiritual growth through the effective and efficient delivery of the Course of Study and Transformational Leadership training. These centers will support church expansion, development, and multiplication, congregational maturity, and community development.
The Pastoral and Lay Leadership Development Program Coordinator for Timor-Leste will be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of pastoral and leadership training programs. This role is crucial in enhancing the capabilities of pastoral and lay leaders within the church and the community, aligning with the greater ministry of the area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pastoral and leadership training programs through the Course of Study.
- Coordinate with the District Superintendent, Indonesia Nazarene Bible College, and Field Education Coordinator.
- Design curriculum and provide training and equipping for pastoral and lay leaders.
- Mentor participants and provide program evaluation to ensure growth and effectiveness in leadership.
- Support church expansion, development, and multiplication efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong background in theological education and pastoral training.
- Experience in curriculum design and program implementation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and support leaders in their spiritual and leadership growth.
- Degree or Certification in Management
- BA in Theology
- Master of Divinity
