This position focuses on the Maething Tribal Children’s Home (MTCH), a center with 39 years of history that plans to elevate its management and expand its capacity. The coordinator will work closely with local staff to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, and assist in donor development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and capacity building of MTCH staff.
• Develop and enhance child development programs.
• Support donor development efforts for MTCH.

Requirements:

• Experience in child development work.
• Skills in staff capacity building and management.
