The Director of the DMin Program provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and candidate mentoring at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary. This role integrates Wesleyan-Holiness theology with regional ministry practice while expanding cohorts and guiding students through doctoral research.

Responsibilities

As DMin Director, you will lead program administration, curriculum planning, and accreditation while mentoring candidates through their research, proposals, and defenses. You will also recruit regional cohorts, build strategic partnerships, teach graduate courses, and support the broader academic community at APNTS.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Earned doctorate in theology or a related discipline, with a proven track record in graduate education, doctoral supervision, and ministry leadership.                            Alignment & Skills: Commitment to Wesleyan-Holiness theology paired with strong administrative leadership, intercultural communication, and candidate mentoring abilities.
