Serve as the Principal of a theological college in the Pacific, providing visionary leadership to a community dedicated to pastoral and lay ministry training.
You will oversee the academic, spiritual, and administrative life of the institution, directly influencing the future of the church by mentoring the next generation of holiness leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership and oversight for all college operations, including academic programs, faculty development, and student life.
Foster a robust environment of spiritual formation, ensuring that holiness and Christlike character remain at the center of the educational experience.
Manage institutional budgets and resources while maintaining high standards of administrative integrity and reporting.
Mentor and support local faculty and staff, building sustainable leadership capacity within the college community.
Represent the college in IBOE, regional and field-level strategic meetings to align the institution’s goals with the broader mission of the church.

Requirements

Advanced degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or Educational Leadership (M.Div, M.A., or higher).
Proven experience in academic administration or high-level organizational leadership.
A deep commitment to the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition and a passion for clergy development.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team of educators and students.
Resilience and adaptability for living and serving in a developing world context.
