We are seeking a servant of God to lead the comprehensive expansion of the Church of the Nazarene in Mesoamerica through clear and measurable strategies focused on four key areas: intentional evangelism, church planting, the development of planted churches, and statistical management for decision-making and impactful assessment.

1. Evangelism
Promote evangelism in the region by providing training and support for various strategies such as DCPI, Alpha, Houses of Peace, etc., ensuring their effective implementation
2. Church Planting
Promote and support the planting of new churches in the region, working in coordination with the CEAs and Church Development leaders in each country, ensuring that expansion initiatives are aligned with the regional vision and established ministry goals.
3. Development of Church Plants
Work with the CEAs to coordinate the efforts of church development leaders in each country, fostering the healthy and sustainable growth of church plants. This includes setting ministry goals in collaboration with the Regional Director and promoting regional events that build capacity, vision, and ministerial maturity.
4. Statistical Management and Monitoring
Monitor the ministry’s progress through regular reports and the use of platforms such as AMEN and ENOC, while maintaining an active and ongoing relationship with the HP office. Use statistical data as a basis for evaluating results, measuring impact, and supporting strategic decision-making in the region.
