The youth coordinator will use their gifts in youth ministry and discipleship to lead and mentor a group of pre-teens and youth in the Bienvenido a Casa Church of the Nazarene and the Costa District, Colombia.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate the Church's pre-teen and youth group and connection groups.
Train the team of pre-teen and youth leaders
Teach basic discipleship to young people
Requirements:
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Resource management skills
Proficiency in Spanish or willingness to learn
