| Is God calling you to train and mentor church leaders in Argentina? This missionary will use contemporary tools to serve and develop district leadership in all areas that will benefit the mission and goals of the Buenos Aires West (BAO) District. Description: The ministry developer has opportunity to train ministerial leaders by providing them with useful ministry tools in contemporary ways through different virtual platforms and, whenever possible, in-person. Responsibilities: train ministerial leaders use contemporary tools (virtual and in-person) to train and lead work with leaders in local churches and throughout the district Requirements: Bachelor's degree in education, theology or ministry Experience in theological education, K-12 education or church development Adaptability Spanish language skills or the ability to learn Spanish Knowledge of theology |
