Is God calling you to help develop leaders and coordinate ministry efforts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo?

The ministry coordinator will serve in Nazarene Compassionate Ministries and Work & Witness to help develop leaders and coordinate ministry efforts in this area where the church continues to grow.

Background:
Ministry is increasing in the DRC, and there is more need for ministry coordination. 

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) is a strategic way to reach people in the DRC for Christ. The ministry helps in the ongoing work of the church to evangelize and plant new churches.

Responsibilities:
Work with Nazarene Compassionate Ministries projects such as the hospital in Goma, refugee ministry, child development centers, teaching English, and agriculture projects 
Work with local districts to build district centers and other priority projects for the field. This can be accomplished by recruiting WW teams or raising funds through partnerships and local efforts.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 
French proficiency, but can be learned while already in the DRC
Skills and experience in Nazarene Compassionate Ministries
Skills and experience in Work & Witness
