The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received from 19-23 October 2026.
Carol Ann Eby, 92, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away 15 October 2026. She was a retired missionary who served for 27 years in Papua New Guinea. She was preceded in death by her husband, C. Lee Eby, whom she served alongside in the mission field. Lee served as a minister in Texas and Tennessee. Lee passed away in 2022.
Ellis Kaster, 87, of Independence, Missouri, passed away 20 October 2026. He was a retired minister who served in Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. He is survived by his spouse, Linda Kaster.
Donald Meiner, 78, of Traverse City, Michigan, passed away 19 October 2026. He was a retired minister who served in Michigan and Indiana. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Roberta Meiner, who passed away in January of 2026.
Pearl Moore, 80, of Tyler, Texas, passed away 13 October 2026. She was the spouse of Thomas Moore, a retired minister who served in Oklahoma and Texas.
Teodora Palma, 98, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, passed away 14 October 2026. She was the widow of Albelino Palma, a retired minister who served in New Jersey, who passed away in 2015.
Dawn Spangler, 86, of Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, passed away 6 October 2026. She was a retired minister who served in Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Jay Spangler, who passed away in 2016.
Clara Swartzentruber, 84, of Wooster, Ohio, passed away 9 October 2026. She was the spouse of Owen Swartzentruber, a retired minister who served in Ohio. Owen passed away in 2026.
