Claudette Stephens-Spaugh, 91, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away 1 September 2026. She was the widow of James Stephens, a retired minister who served in Iowa and Indiana. James passed away in 2007. Claudette was preceded in death by her second husband, Floyd Spaugh, who passed away in 2015.
