The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received from 6-10 April 2026.
Ethel Denig, 88, of Grand Saline, Texas, passed away 14 March 2026. She was the widow of Harry Denig, a retired minister who served in Texas and Arizona. Harry passed away in 2011.
Cosmas Mutowa, 62, of Zimbabwe, passed away 10 April 2026. He was a Missionary who served as the Field Strategy Coordinator of the Africa South Central Field, and as the Africa Regional NCM Coordinator. He is survived by his wife, Andronica Mutowa.
Eula Mae Neuenschwander, 93, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away 1 April 2026. She was the widow of Charles Stipe, a retired minister who served in Missouri, Texas, Arkansas, Arizona, and Oklahoma. Charles passed away in 2002. Eula was preceded in death by her second husband, Dwight Neuenschwander, a retired missionary, district superintendent, and minister. He served as a minister and district superintendent in New Zealand, as well as a district superintendent in Nebraska, and as a minister in Kansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. Dwight passed away in 2017. Eula is preceded in death by her third husband, D. Edward Williams, a minister who served in Texas, California, and Oklahoma. D. Edward passed away in 2023.
Terry Pierce, 78, of Odessa, Texas, passed away 2 April 2026. He was a retired minister who served in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and California. He is survived by his wife, Gaylene Pierce.
