Paul Skiles
Year Awarded: 1995"Paul was a visionary youth leader who believed in global youth ministry which was exemplified in 1974 with the World Youth Congress, first held in Switzerland. Among his many contributions to youth ministry during his tenure as the executive secretary of Nazarene Young People's Society, now called Nazarene Youth International, he also established Nazarene Evangelistic Ambassadors (Youth in Mission) and International Institute (Nazarene Youth Conference)."
