He has set a high standard for his successors to follow in leadership and has done an excellent job of preparing the next generation of leaders to follow in his footsteps.

Year Awarded: 2024LoReal has served NYI as a field youth coordinator, district president, and local president. She was also the first female FYC in our region and was a pioneer for many young women to serve in NYI and at the field level.

Year Awarded: 2024Patty is the quintessential youth worker, but more than that, she is someone who just looks like Jesus every single day. She loves the students with her whole self, and they love her right back. Her care and love for them and for Jesus have shaped an entire generation.

Year Awarded: 2024Heidi is a servant who is always willing to lend a helping hand and a listening ear and share her expertise from her many years of wisdom. Her heart for youth has been invaluable in guiding and supporting our district.
