Joscelyn Sepeter Martin, 61, passed away 21 September 2021 after a battle with cancer. He served the Church of the Nazarene for over 40 years, most recently as the Leeward Virgin Islands superintendent.

During the Philippines celebration of National Heroes Day, a local Work & Witness team served the people of Batangas City Church of the Nazarene. The team repaired and renovated the church and parsonage and assisted during a feeding program that provided meals for 130 children.
