The Church of the Nazarene's Global Missions office recommended nine missionaries for commissioning during the 100th General Board Session, held in Overland Park, Kansas, USA, 23-26 February.

Each of these missionaries has been serving in long-term strategic assignments in diverse settings around the world. The commissioning of missionaries is a recognition of the life and call of the missionary, an indication of the missionary’s willingness to serve the church, and an affirmation of his or her service into the future.

Brian and Julie Woolery have been serving as missionaries since 2010. Brian serves as the pastor of Keystone Nazarene, an English-speaking congregation in Okinawa, Japan. Julie is a teacher at Okinawa Christian School International. Benjamin and Hannah Ponder have been serving as missionaries since 2019. Benjamin and Hannah serve as country leaders in Serbia, overseeing NCM projects and church planting efforts. Their home church is located on the Kentucky District. They are being commissioned as missionaries in the Eurasia Region.

Tamy* has been serving as a missionary since 2019. She works in a Creative Access Area.
