SNU enrolls largest freshman class since 2007

by | 28 Sep 2015

Southern Nazarene University announced the highest incoming freshman class the university has seen since 2007. Total enrollment is 2,254.

“Daily, we see how God is doing something amazing on this campus, and if we continue to work hard and give it over to Him, incredible things are ahead for this university,” said Linda Cantwell, vice president for enrollment management.

The new freshman class is more diverse demographically than any previous class. Through the use of Ellucian Recruiter software, SNU now interfaces with every student candidate in a personalized fashion.

In addition to a Christian education, SNU students can expect to graduate with an average debt of only $18,750, far below the national average. The average SNU graduate salary is $46,000, 34 percent above the national average.
