New school opens in Ecuador

Unidad Educativa Cristiana Nazareno located in the city of Riobamba, Ecuador, celebrated the official opening of its new building on 30 April, marking a moment of profound joy and hope for the entire educational community.
Students, teachers, leaders, and friends gathered to be part of this significant event. Their faces reflected the joy and excitement of seeing this dream come true — a space designed to provide excellent education in a safe environment conducive to holistic learning.
"God has the exact timing for everything,” said Mario Paredes, district superintendent of the Sierra Centro District. “When we started the educational unit in 1991, we had never seen anything like this. But God, in his will, wanted it this way, for he is the provider of all things."
Pastor Dorian Tirado sincerely thanked everyone who made this project possible: to God for his guidance and provision, to the parents for their constant support, to the management and the teaching team for their dedication and commitment, and to all members of the educational community for their patience and enthusiasm.
Miguel Ayala, the unit's rector, emphasized: "Today we cut a ribbon, but we open the doors to the future. May the light of Christ always illuminate this place, and may each generation that passes through these classrooms bear witness to the transformative power of education and faith."
With this inauguration, Unidad Educativa Cristiana Nazareno is ready to write a new chapter in its history, reaffirming its mission of offering a comprehensive education based on Christian principles.
