W. Kyle Poole was appointed superintendent of the Kansas City District on 17 September 2024. He has led the Georgia District as superintendent since 2018.

The appointment was made by General Superintendent David Busic in consultation with the Kansas City District Advisory Committee and the Board of General Superintendents.

Poole will replace Eddie Estep, who was appointed the superintendent of the South Central Ohio District. Poole’s appointment is effective 4 November 2024.

Prior to his election to the superintendency of the Georgia District in 2018, Poole served as the lead pastor at Midland Valley Community Church of the Nazarene in Graniteville, South Carolina, a position he held since 2010. Prior to this, Poole served as a minister in Kansas, Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee.

Poole received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene College (now University) in 1991 and his Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary in 1995.

He and his wife reside in Locust Grove, Georgia.
