Child Development Coordinator

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM)

The person in this position will work under the oversight of the NCM director. His or her role will include strengthening the quality of Holistic Child Development (HCD) ministries globally, overseeing all Child Sponsorship donor relations, and ensuring high standards and best practice in NCM’s approach to working with children and the wider community.

NBUSA is seeking a highly motivated, organized Communications Specialist who can effectively describe and promote the benefit plans administered by NBUSA and Nazarene Benefits – International.

 

Constituent Engagement Manager

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM)

This person will assist with cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing donors—individuals and churches. This individual will work closely with the Communications Team to assist in the dissemination of messaging and reporting to NCM’s donor base. In consultation with the Director of Development, this position will assist in carrying out NCM’s entire marketing/promotional strategy.

 

Date Entry Clerk

Church of the Nazarene Foundation(CNF)

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Clerk performs routine accounting functions of average difficulty in accounts payable invoice entry, filing, and other entry level related office duties. This position works Wednesday-Friday from 8-4:30 (22.5 hours per week). Some flexibility with class schedule.

 

Digital Librarian – Part-Time (20 hours), 2 years

Global Education & Clergy Development

The Wesleyan-Holiness Digital Library (WHDL) digital librarian will provide expertise and leadership in the creation, presentation, preservation, and assessment of digital collections and metadata system, policies, and procedures. This individual works collaboratively with the WHDL leadership and development teams in curating digital collections, communicating internally, and coordinating documentation and training for partners and users. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Library and/or Information Science or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Experience in digital librarianship is required. Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of a second language.

 

Enterprise Application Specialist

Information Technology

We are looking for an experienced individual to work with others on a team to maintain multiple enterprise-level applications. The applications could include OnBase, Donor Direct, Sage Intacct, Sage People, Cvent, Active Collaboration, and many others. A strong sense of customer service and ministry mission is a must.

 

Missionary Kid Care and Deputation Finance Support – Part-Time (15-20 hours), through September 2025

Global Missions Personnel

This position assists in various projects and administrative tasks related to missionary kid care, deputation finance, and event logistics. It is ideal for someone with a heart for missionary work, strong organizational skills, and experience in administrative support. The role will involve supporting the development of resources, financial systems work, event planning, and curricular efforts that contribute to the well-being and care of missionary families and their children.

 

Sr. Accountant

Global Treasury Services

This person will participate in the daily functions of the Global Ministry Center accounting team. Essential operations include but are not limited to accounts payable, investments, fixed assets, banking, annual audit, and deferred giving.

 humanresourcesgroup@nazarene.org, or obtained in person from Human Resources at the Church of the Nazarene Global Ministry Center, 17001 Prairie Star Parkway, Lenexa, Kansas, 66220, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30 U.S. Central Time. Completed applications may be mailed or emailed to the attention of the Human Resources Office.

 

Location of Global Ministry Center Positions
The GMC is the administrative hub for the Church of the Nazarene denominational ministries in 164 world areas. The GMC is conveniently located in Lenexa, Kansas, with easy access to I-35 and I-435 and within short driving distance to Kansas City International airport. All GMC positions report to this location.

Our Human Resources Office receives and processes many employment applications annually for a limited number of positions. While we regret that we cannot respond to each applicant, we do contact those individuals possessing the skills, education/training, and experience that best match the requirements of the open position for which the application was submitted.

 

An application must be completed by all applicants and an application must be completed for each position for which one wishes to be considered. Applications are retained for one year. Resumés are not necessary for entry-level positions, but they are preferred for professional-level positions.
