New superintendent appointed for Northwest Colombia District
Jaime Pulgarin was appointed to be the new district superintendent for the Northwest Colombia District at its assembly in February. The appointment was made by General Superintendent Gustavo Crocker.
The ceremony began with Teofilo Caicedo, who lead the district for 11 years, retiring after 30 years of ministry. Leaders gave thanks to God for everything He has done through the years and for Caicedo’s years of service.
The district is full of faith that God will do something miraculous in this new time in the district.
Pulgarin pastored Semilla de Esperanza Church of the Nazarene in Jerico, Colombia, from 1998 to 2013, and has pastored Nazareno Municipio de Jerico since 2013.
The assembly was presided over by General Superintendent Gustavo Crocker and Regional Director Christian Sarmiento. Other leaders, including Field Strategy Coordinator Geraldo Nunes, Holistic Ministries Coordinator Luis Meza, and National Evangelism Coordinator Milton Matheus also participated in the assembly.
