In Memoriam: 17 May 2019
The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 13-17 May, 2019.
Phillip Ahn, 85, of Kent, Washington, passed away 7 May. He was a retired minister, serving in Colorado and Washington. He is survived by his wife, Patti Ahn.
Gerre Hall, 93, of San Diego, California, passed away 7 May. She was a retired missionary, serving in South Africa and Zimbabwe. She was preceded in death by her husband, retired minister, missionary, and district superintendent B. Maurice Hall, who served in California, South Africa, and Zimbabwe and led the Southern California District. B. Maurice Hall passed away in 2009.
Madeline Kay, 98, of Moundsville, West Virginia, passed away 9 May. She was the widow of retired minister Alfred Kay, who served in West Virginia. Alfred Kay passed away in 2010.
Randy Marquis, 50, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away 13 May. He was the husband of Marci Marquis, who is the worship pastor at Regency Park Church of the Nazarene in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Edwina Stewart, 93, of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away 6 May. She was the widow of retired minister Marshall Stewart, who served in Colorado and Texas. Marshall Stewart passed away in 2004.
Donald Wolfgang Sr., 90, of West Branch, Michigan, passed away 10 May. He was a retired minister and evangelist, serving in Michigan. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Wolfgang.
