The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 7-11 January 2019.

Michael Howard, 62, of Cottontown, Tennessee, passed away 27 December. He was a former minister, serving in Texas and Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Diane Howard.

W. Franklin Michael, 85, of Bakersfield, California, passed away 4 January. He was a retired minister, serving in California. He is survived by his wife, Audrey Michael.

Dorothy Miller, 89, of Boise, Idaho, passed away 29 December. She was the wife of retired minister R. Stanley Miller, who served in California and Arizona.

The Cameroon flag is a vertical tricolor of green, red and yellow, defaced with a five-pointed star in its center. The center stripe is thought to stand for unity: red is the colour of unity, and the star is referred to as "the star of unity." The yellow stands for the sun and also the savannas in the northern part of the country, while the green is for the forests in the southern part of Cameroon.
