Pension and Benefits has released the 2021 Compensation Report. It provides an overview of ministerial compensation on U.S. regions based on statistics compiled by Nazarene Research Services from 2020 Annual Pastor’s Report data submitted to the General Secretary.

Additionally, the 2020 District Benefits Report is now available. Annually, Pensions and Benefits USA produces an analysis of contributions by U.S. districts and churches to the P&B Fund, along with a summary of the benefits returned to each district served by the program.
