Stanley Ushe was appointed field strategy coordinator of the Africa East (formerly Horn of Africa) Field on 14 November 2022. Ushe replaces Musa Kuene, who is moving to the United Kingdom. The appointment becomes effective 1 January 2023.

The Sierra Centro District Church of the Nazarene recognized the final Sunday in October as “Pastor’s Sunday” for Clergy Appreciation Month.
