Region reorganizes, renames fields

As the Church of the Nazarene continues to expand across the Africa Region, leaders reviewed the current field structure and their names. The first change led by Regional Director Filimao Chambo is the expansion of the Africa Lusophone Field, which will now include all Portuguese-speaking areas.

GS emeritus to lead Kentucky District

The Board of General Superintendents announced General Superintendent Emeritus W. Talmadge Johnson was appointed interim superintendent of the Kentucky District . He replaces D. Eugene Wells , who passed away suddenly last month. The appointment was made by General Superintendent Gustavo A. Crocker.
