Chapman International College holds installation ceremony for new chancellor

Chapman International College (CIC) held the installation ceremony for its sixth chancellor, Marcos G. Eugenio, on 8 November 2022. Eugenio was elected as CIC chancellor 1 April 2021, but COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns delayed the formal installation.
