The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 23 to 27 March 2020.

Gildardo Acosta, 83, of McAllen, Texas, passed away 19 March 2020. He was a retired minister, serving in Distrito Federal, Mexico, and Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth, who passed away in 2018.

Mary Anderson, 95, of Portland, Oregon, passed away 17 March 2020. She was the widow of Marlyn Anderson, a retired minister who served in Washington, California, and Oregon. Marlyn passed away in 2001.

Doris Beech, 88, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away 24 March 2020. She was the widow of Don Cook, a retired minister who served in Arizona, Calfornia, and Idaho. Don passed away in 1999. She is also the widow of Ronald Beech, a retired minister and missionary who served in Kansas and the Phillippines. Ronald passed away in 2019.

Charlotte Beals, 94, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away 23 March 2020. She was the wife of retired minister and missionary Paul Beals, who served in Georgia. Together, they served Belize as missionaries from 1959 to 1970.

Gordon Belzer, 89, of Sherwood, Oregon, passed away 24 March 2020. He was a retired minister, serving in North Dakota, Texas, Idaho, and Washington. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Belzer.

Chester Galloway, 91, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away 17 March 2020. He was a retired educator, serving in Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Galloway, who passed away in 2017.

Eric Nelson, 50, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away 18 March 2020. He was a former Nazarene minister serving in Minnesota, Louisiana, and Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Susan Nelson.

Robert Schroeder, 79, of Van Buren, Arkansas, passed away 20 March 2020. He was a retired minister, serving in Kansas and Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Janice Schroeder.
