The following is a weekly listing of Nazarene ministers and leaders who recently went home to be with the Lord. Notices were received 18-22 February 2019.

Wallace Erickson, 90, of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed away 17 February. He was a minister, previously serving in Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, and Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Mary Erickson.

Jerry Flowers, 82, of Gilbert, Arizona, passed away 25 January. He was a retired minister, serving in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, and California. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Flowers.

Elaine (Toler) Mahaffey, 64, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away 20 February. She was the wife of Southwestern Ohio District Superintendent Bob Mahaffey. 

Mary (Dodd) Schenck, 97, of Winchester, Indiana, passed away 10 February. She was a retired minister, serving in Indiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Schenck, in 2002.

Dorothy (Honeycutt) Thompson, 93, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away 16 February. She was the widow of retired minister Melvin Thompson, who served in Tennessee, Indiana, Texas, and Ohio. Melvin Thompson passed away in 2014.

Martha Wilkerson, 80, of Old Hickory, Tennessee, passed away 16 February. She was a retired missionary, serving in Taiwan. She is survived by her husband, retired minister and missionary Royce Wilkerson, who served in Ohio, Indiana, Florida, Tennessee, and Taiwan.
